I have been treated as an intellegnt person and involved with the thin king R decision making from the time I was admitted. The conversation with the doctors have created calm I me and improved my mental well being enormously. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be here and feel valued as a human being.

I cannot imagine what more could be done to make my stay better. The whole service is five star plus thank you from the depth of my heart.

When they are here, they look after me like a king. Also very supportive to those around me.

Visit more often if possible.

My father and our family received support, care and help at an extremely difficult time The Exter hospice care community staff were incredible and very professional. We would especially like to thank Emily (As community nurse) for her compassion, kindness and flowing up on all she said she was going to do. She helped keep my dad at home, as he wished, by supporting him and our family. Cannot thank you enough.
