{Jackie} was always practical and direct. It helped us focus on what was most important in my wife's care/treatment. The answers overleaf really reflect the NHS rather than hospice care. The only issue regarding hospice care who limited contact when Jackie was not contactable. I was so impressed however I will support hospice care on as ongoing basis.

The biggest problem we had was getting my wife released from hospital after we know no further treatment was possible. He pain medication meant she did not fully competent the significance of the questions she was asked which delayed her release I believe Jackie helped { } the press for which I will always be grateful.

From the moment I arrived to see my father I have been treated with nothing but kindness. The care my father is receiving is exceptional.
