My husband had finished chemo, one of your staff left, the new person hardly contacted us. Once we finally had contacted we needed to transfer to the Dorset team. At the point my husband was virtually dropped by your Devon team. All the care we were promised disappeared totally and we were left with no help at all in the last week of his life.

The Dorset team visit once, then left us. This was within the last 2 weeks of his life. We made several calls but were left with very little support. The dignified and we expected wasn’t there he had no medical care and died for sepsis. I had to call 999. Total failure.

My mum EOL and had a massive tear of needles so this was recognised by Tanya and DN Kelly and instead of injecting even they set up a syringe drive over trading protocol.

Doctors were very calm and respectful even when patients were unresponsive treated them so gently.
