We were receiving emergency care- this was medicare then hospice care came in like a shinning light and gave gold star treatment. The professionalism was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. You were all brilliant. Thank you so much. Thank you Paula and team. From Glen and family.

Have not had much exposure to the doctors.

Felt fully involved in all discussions and decision involving me and my partner. Staff- took things seriously when needed to but accepted a joke and were able to laugh which is always good. Very caring- says things needed to bedone before being asked. Always asked if I was happy with discussion.

The care has been outstanding. The doctor was very clean in her explanations but kind and sympathetic as well.
