As a family, we felt well supported through the journey of mums death information was given to us at the appropriate time in a sensitive and matter of fact way, enabling us to process and come to terms with mums death.
Suggested improvements
Mum, at all times was treated with dignity and involved in all decisions, night to the end. Staff were caring compassionate and sensitive. We cannot have asked for more - many thanks from us all.

Jason has felt held, listened to and looked after from the minute he walked through the doors of the hospice. The family feel included and listened to. There have been several examples where the doctors have gone over and above to ensure things happened and Jason received the vital treatment to make him more comfortable feel les pain and be able to eat again.

All of the hospice care staff have been they amazing during the most difficult time of our lives. Everyone has been so kind and gentle, and have really gone out of their way to make us and our mum happy and comfortable, we can never thank you enough.
