This is based on very little contact so is not totally valid.
Suggested improvements
Based on phone calls that I received and made as Janice's partner, the rather formal requirements requested by one phone responder - relationship, DOB, etc were a lit surprised, but I am sure the rules require it.

Staff listen, good treatment kind can't fault it if I wanted to.
I feel lucky coming to the hospice.

I felt an all round support. Not just for my health situation, my complete whole being mentally as well as physically.

Only a couple of times have I expected a call and did not receive one due to staff holiday overall there is nothing I would change to make this service and care better I am fully supported.

Dad is safe now which couldn't be achieved at home, and medication is being reviewed regularly.
