As soon as I walked in I met someone I knew as well as the staff were pleasant and helpfull nothing seems too much trouble for them to do for you when you ask them. The whole place has a sense of peace and rest. As the saying goes do not tamper with what goes well.

I was very happy with the care I recieved at hospice care. It was excellent.

In my case I found it was the feeling of being safe and someone would be there in seconds if I needed them for anything. Also how friendly all the staff are and when they had a spare moment would have a chat and joke as if you were part of a big happy family. As well as helping talking about the serious side of things

Delicious food. Very good complimentary therapies Lovely room overlooking garden Kind and caring nurses Calming & gentle ambience No improvements needed & that laundry is done for patients

Hugely impressed with the care and compassion shown at a very stressful time. Staff are unfailingly helpful & patient and we are lucky that a place was found here. Thankyou
