Nothing - all good.
Everyone always so helpful and friendly.
I have recently has complementary massage. It was very beneficial and the masseuse was excellent.
The other meetings and coffee/ cake momescp are also appreciation.
I have had several visits at home from the nurse. My health was deteriorating and lack of energy.
The nurse was able to start me on a course of steroids via my GP.
Also every drinks and often medicines.
When the steroids were completed I could feel my energy draining away again. A call to the nurse and they were re installed awaiting blood tests.
She was/ is so very supportive to me. I would be lost without that on going care. Thank you so much.
Change very good, everyone concerned so much love and care.
I shall answer in the third person in the tick boxes.
There should be clear delineation of responsibility in end of life care with the best placed agency taking charge at the earliest opportunity. Once it became clear that the patient case was best served by hospice care then everything progressed quickly and smoothly. I believe that NHS should treat and hospice care should care. I will be extremely grateful for the wonderful staff who managed the patient end of life.

Would not change anything.
It is a very safe and caring environment without being too formal or restrictive. I could not ask for a better place for my husband’s day care. He is so well treated.
Emma, the nurse in charge, is an absolute gum!
