Sidmouth.
My nurse visits me regularly (c. once a month), which is very helpful and she is able to answer my questions in a way that is appropriate for me.
This is in great contrast to the clinicians in the oncology department.
They are excellent on diagnosis and theory, but not so good on how treatment is actually affecting the individual.
My nurse also has no problem writing down for me, because of my deafness.
She is a great asset/help.
Everything about my care is great at the moment, therapy helps make my life a bit better.
Tiverton.
Good sensible advice – well explained. Many questions answered and good ideas suggested with a lovely smile and encouragement.
Julie was a joy and will always be welcome in my home.
The care was/is very supportive and relaxing. I have looked forward to every reflexology treatment - so much so that my family have paid for a few more treatments.
The care is very very good.
I will make a donation to Hospice Care.
A private room, well lit and warm.
The therapist was very welcoming and understanding of stress levels.
Best bit - have expertise and confidence! Well being!
Being able to change appointments as have with caring at home.
Sometimes not able to actually get to appointment.
All the hospice care staff are excellent and I would have no resolution in recommending them to anyone who could leaflet from their support. They communicated well, arrived on time and understand their tests will professionalism, good humour, kindness and efficiency.
They kept us fully informed and made a great effort to include my sister and me in all the decisions making.
Without their help I do not knew how we would have coped will the challenges of keeping my mother in her own here for the lost for days of her life.
I really cannot thank them enough.
We are totally grateful for the kindness, care and attention - both for my husband (terminal caner) and myself/wife/carer.
Thank you.

Sue who came to see me was lovely. She was very knowledgeable about my concerns and put my mind at ease about some of the things that were troubling me.
I found her advice very useful and she was not at all patronizing she listened to me and was particularly helpful in making sure I have the appropriate equipment to help me.
