All staff at my hospice are truly wonderful - from the greeting at reception to the cook.
From my point the only improvement would be if I could give my wife 2 days a week off.
She loves her 5 hours on a Friday knowing I am looked after and she can do something for herself without even thinking - is he okay.

Our care navigator has been very good and totally reliable has allowed my wife time for Pilates and a little time for herself. Has encouraged me to speak, converse, remember.

I can't think of anything that was inappropriate or unhelpful in the treatment of my wife.
We were impressed with the fact that we were asked if we were alright.
Although we know it was not in your gift we had to wait a day for delivery of the bed.
Other than that we think your service is excellent.
