Peace of mind, knowing we only need to phone if we need advice, help - or just to chat.
Every thought was in making me comfortable. All done with care and companion and humour!
Always told me what they were going to do next!
Could not improve on anything.
Nurses very gentle and happy very caring.
Lots of extra care given with personal care.
Breakfast cooked to order. Delicious as always.
The garden is lovely but the paths are quite narrow for wheelchair users.
a handrail on the wooden gazebo slope would be useful too.
The nurses always turned up on time and always had answers and information in respect of any queries I might have. They were always reassuring particularly when the going was difficult.
They also provided support and reassurance to my wife when, at times, was finding it difficult.
Everything was clearly explained and the staff seemed to be up to speed with my 'several' ailments.
Food superb.
Nurses accommodating and willing to assist me to go outside, as am a smoker.
Friendly, caring and a pleasure being here, whilst am not palliative. I am not as scared as I was about end of life care.

Less garlic and chorizo please.
