Good communication between nurses, patient and family members. You are there 24 hours a day only a phone call away and arrive SAP, could not ask for more. Nurses arranged extra equipment to help care for patient and communicated with patients G.P with regards to end off life pain relief. Nothing was to much trouble for them, put themselves out to make the whole experience of end of life as pleasant as possible for patient and family members as it can be in an environment at home. Can not praise these nurses enough for all that they do and have done for my father. Thank you so very much.

The care my husband received was second to none, the hospice care nurses were amazing when they were with us a just as amazing at the end of the phone. The night he died, Liz and Rosie supported us all through the process of what was happening to him, the children and I were so thankful they were with us.

All the nurses that came into the house to care for mum were amazing. They all made us feel as if we were the only people they were caring for and never made us feel rushed. The care and attention that mum received was amazing. Mum said that all the nurses made her feel as comfortable as possible and there was never any embarrassment with personal care. As a family the nurses made us feel confident that we could care for mum at home as she wished.

We were always able to access care and advice easily. Nothing was too much trouble and visits never felt rushed. My dad was always treated with dignity and respect and staff made a real effort to get to know him. They ensured that his last days were peaceful and comfortable and allowed us to spend as much time as possible with him. The only thing that could be improved would be the timing of the feedback form as it was given immediately after my father passed away which took us by surprise but apart from that the care and support for everyone was excellent.

Everything. Depending on the state of the patient, some carers need to speak more slowly, with pauses for each bit to be heard.

Everybody has been very helpful but out of all the input we have had the input from Chrissy our arrival nurse has been the most helpful for me, the staff and for the family. Brilliant support. Thank-you.
