I have been treated by all hospice care team I have come into contact with, very well. I have confidence in them, knowing they are junior at the end of the phone if needed to give me any support required.

Because being a nurse 40 years experience I felt completely confident in a professional performance, due to my differently in hearing I found it difficult to follow instructions.
