There was always someone available n the phone with timely advice on how to care for and treat my husband. The support for me was good too. The consultant was excellent. The nurses were great to.

The wording of this questionnaire. My husband was terminally ill receiving care and treatment. I was receiving support. I have no idea who this questions are related to.

The support and care given to my late father to the family was excellent.
My father was treated with compassion and respect even when he was unresponsive.
Suggested improvements
We only wish we had been referred sooner to the hospice nurses by the GP.

The involvement of the hospicare to such an extent was a great surprise but always helpful and pleasents. Their suggestions to improve the situation were always to my benefit of the follow-up on their proposals always a pleasant surprise.
