Hospice care supported my husband and family through his last days at home. The nurses were very professional yet friendly and calm - this made the unbearable - bearable. It gave me the energy and resilience I needed to help us all and gave my husband the peaceful and of life { } so deserved.

I cannot thank the Exmouth team enough - place pass my thanks to them if possible. (Donations in my husband's memory were made to { } hospice care.
