Friendly approach by staff when arriving offering refreshments, choice of table games if you want to take part in them, we also do a word search puzzle from a newspaper which keeps our brains active, the day seems to go too quickly if we could stay a extra half hour would be beneficial if everyone would agree about it. Also a trip out to a coastal resort in the summer.
