Care is the key word care, consideration and kindness are shown by all the staff to the patients which make a happy, relaxed atmosphere. My only tentative suggestion is to appoint a hostess/ so that, when new patients arrive, they are welcomed and introduced to all patients so that the 'getting to know you' stage is made much easier.
