The care from both the hospiscare community team and the staff at the ward at Searle house in Exeter was wonderful. Staff were attentive and informative and always had mum’s best interests at heart and at the centre of decision- making.

On occasion it was difficult to keep track of the member of staff and various branches of hospiscare involved in mum’s care, but we can appreciate the difficultly and nature of staffing the wonderful provision offered.
