The hospice care at home team treated our lovely mum with kindness and compassion. They involved the family in her care and always responded promptly to phone calls.

Suggested improvements
The initial CCC triage upset my parents as they found it difficult to understand the questions they were being asked and the people of the call. Consent had been given for the referral that my mum's memory was poor and my dad is very deaf.
