My 86 year old mother was the patient. All on questions a concerns were dealt with or answered as soon as possible the hospice team were fantastic once it was clear mum would need a care nursing home. They talked to us a managed to get mum into the home we wanted.

Mum could have been moved 4/5 days earlier. She may not have the {} bed sore she has now. It was difficult on mum did not want to die in hospital, the staff were lying to get her fit and able enough to go home but it wasn't to be .
