Rachel Willmott was amazing, she helped me through everything, I rang her so many times to have questions answered as I was so. Confused with what could happen to my mother. She is the very best palliative discharge facilitator, so kind, sympathetic and gentle. Nothing is to much trouble. I can only say if it was not for Rachel I would have had a breakdown. She is really an asset to the hospital. Many thanks to her Ane Drummand Walker.
