General demeanous of staff was friendly and helpful, plus prompt attention.
Staff were caring, very professional
100 percent.
- Really good to have a local hospital.
- Some (but not all) staff were really kind and helpful.
- Other than admission, no doctor was seen for 2 1/2 days.
- Explaining patients conditions who make a lit of noise or speak but can't make sense - e.g. dementia, stroke - could make stay less disruptive/ have more compassion.
- Reevaluating night time visitors (not medics) to keep voices down.
It is great to have Hinchingbrooke as a local community hospital.
The care during my stay has been fantastic. All the staff on the ward have been fantastic and I feel lucky to have been cared for by them.
Lom Salanga and all the nurses have always been bright & cheerful, efficient and caring and have made my time here as good as it could possibly be.
The care I had was so very good and with such kindness.
