Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very hard to think of any improvements as this was a pleasant stay.
Though being a coffee drinker, I would have enjoyed better coffee, but as the saying goes, the best coffee is free coffee!

Nothing could be better!
Time efficient in time.
The technician knew exactly whet she was doing. She gave me the appropriate information even when I asked further more questions.
