All medical staff very attentive, during all hours of day & night good explanations given about procedures and medication etc. Food OK but portions too big even when small helping was requested.
Non-medical staff i.e. cleaners, porters & clerics all very helpful.

All therapist were extremely professional and courteous at all times, answered any question that I had and I gave good advice on techniques on how to do exercises.
