nothing could love been improved.
All staff were excellent, friendly and professional.
Staff instantly put me at ease with the procedure and demonstrated good communication throughout and empathy.

The Mattren Das rather uncomfortable it was explained it was a special Mattren to prevent bad area. Mine was the only one of its hird in the ward.
