The staff on the ward couldn't have been more helpful. However the time it has taken to get the patient moved to papworth could have been better because he has been on pain relief for 15 days waiting to go to papworth. Once everyone was aware that the patient has special needs everything was fine. The sen was brilliant.

The reception area is clean and bright. The staff also clean and very attentive i.e advising your appointment time and room number.
All staff very professional and knowledgeable about my condition probably this department is above private patient standards especially nurse Suzan Larrington.
