Friendly staff.
Kept informed of care plan - clear communication offers food and drink.
Ward clerk/admin warm, welcoming and efficient - shows area amenities upon admission.
Clear to see nurse in charge of shift.
Unsure about why I was given a cannula no explanation from nurse.

Letter said to be here for 7.30 am yet ward not open until 8 am.
So much smooth running these days, staff seem happier too!
