Very poor experience, 9 hours in A/E ward. Taken for scan at 09.00 scan results at nurse post 9.30. Promised respectfully I would be seen via a neurologist at 1200, 12.45, 1.30, 2.00 pm, 2.30pm 3.00m no obs when taken. No food from 1700 hours Monday.

Thelma on procedure unit is fantastic, put me at ease.
Theatre team and anesthetist great, chatty and kept me laughing.
Recovery nurse also very calming and nice to wake up to.
