The staff across the board - all levels had amazing personal skills. Polite, good eye contact, patient, took time to explain, "smiley" willing to help, caring and great medical care too. The physio guy was the best we have ever seen and the exercises really helped shift mucus. We also saw someone in catering to discuss the gluten free meals as I have coeliac disease. The GF food was superb - much better often than we've had in top restaurants! The lovely volunteers were an added bonus too.
