If we are talking about Birch only, the integration with other elements of hospital activity is excellent. Having a ward doctor and other disciplines operating from the ward enhances the smooth running. From a care point of view, the team ethic is excellent, displaying working together in full view of patients. The ongoing training needs of incomers is highly noted. From a patient viewpoint it all adds up to an excellent experience.
