- Very friendly. - Informative about my problem (potential heart attack). - Reasonable time scale and kept informed about how long things would take (e.g blood test results). One small thing was that I repeated same things several times to be written down again on a different form, for example my medical history and drugs that I take. - Otherwise a good experience of a bad experience!
