I was greeted promptly by Lesley. She was v. kind and explained my treatment clearly. Later I was seen by the anaesthetist and his assistant - Once again, v. courteous and clear. Finally Mr Harris came to see me and went through the procedure. During this time Lesley and the hospital volunteer looked in to check all was well. Post operation, the staff took great care of me. Finally Eunice looked after me on discharge. A big thank you to everyone.
