Lovely staff, calm, reassuring and courteous. An elderly patient slipped in and fell before my appointment and four members of staff rushed to her aid straight away. It was an exemplary example of care. I have medical trauma and love this hospital. I feel safe and well treated and that huge. Thank you. :-)
