Hinchingbrooke Hospital Acer Ward

Difficulties with the o.p.d., xray being closed as a thorcic patient I had a lung function test then an xray then back to clinic to see the doctor, this was very exhausting a d I was around the hospital from 13:40 to 17:00, when I had bloods taken but was unable to pick up my prescription due to the pharmacy being c!owed and will return again tomorrow to get the script filled. When I returned to clinic the nurses and doctor was very appoliggetic for the length of time it took me in xray, I arrived at 14:40 when I should have been in the clinic, and left at16:50,only just in to e to have my bloods taken.All because theopd., xray was not in use . Iam requesting that this state of affairs is rectified as soon as possible it would help the clinic run smoothly and lessen stresses on staff and patients alike. the latest hospital rag the report is new xray depts opened then look to home and open this o e in question.

The service was fantastic, I was treated with full respect and dignity. Very friendly and helpful staff . Thank you ( I wish all hospital were like this! )
