Lovely lady and understanding and good at sorting out and helping with problems and explaining exercises to do.
The car park needs sorting out.
Not enough spaces.
No motor bike spaces available.

Discussion with physio on an individual basis and recommendations. Circuit activities- rather vague to begin with group activities (lovely)- very good with circuit timed and input much better.

I had more information given on what was wrong and the exercises I needed to do to stop the pain. I know going forward if I am in pain the exercises to do and not to be worried about pushing myself with it all.
