Aaron was brilliant, all staff I saw previous were helpful but I feel Aaron understood I needed 1-1 support to achieve what I now have. I felt I was listened to and encouraged extremely as I was not confident critically.

Knowledge and instruction and humour from all the team were extremely helpful in my rehab recovery I was very frustrated prior to the class in reaching my fitness goal and the team has reinstated my belief that I can get back to at least 75 % fitness to what I was.

My problems were explained to me so I knew what was happening to me, I was given every opportunity to stop the examination if too painful and I did feel as if I was a person not a number, so came out of the session relaxed and looking forward to the future.
