Had physio with a lady called leian lee. Well she was amazing! Really cared,really trying to help me over and above what was expected after years of needing a hip replacement and recently told need a knee replacement too i was in a state. She was realistic about the outcome and so many little things helped me that she advised. She was only a bank physio but if they were all like her that service would benefit from it. Thanks again leian I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

John my physio was kind and responsive to my own and my home situation. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you for your input.

In current climate all that could be done was via telephone so unable to offer other suggestions.

The service and care provided was excellent, my physiotherapist, Ibrahim Ali was professional and very knowledgeable about the issues affecting my arm. He quickly put me at my ease and made me feel confident and comfortable regarding the treatment required and reassured that we would see improvements in the use, functionality and strength of my affected arm. With his support, which continued remotely during Lockdown, I have been able to make significant progress and he has left me reassured that if I needed to be seen again that this could be achieved.

I cannot think of anything that could be done to improve the service I personally received which was excellent.

Was very skeptical at the beginning of this journey. After a year working with the dietetics team I can confidently say it was well worth it. I feel better informed on the processes & procedures I want to move onto next. I have also managed to lose nearly a stone too so it’s all good. Very supportive & informative team who are very knowledgeable. If you are referred use all the options available to you it’s worth it! Thank you

I have been in extreme pain and uncomfortable for the last 3 years. For the first time I feel almost normal. I can move my arm and I can sleep at night without having to take lots of tablets. Lauren was so patient and made me feel at ease but also making me work to get to where I needed to be.
