People was really nice, great help, spoke nice to me. helped me talk about things.
After my injury I was really sceptical about the treatment to follow. In the past I have had some terrible experiences. But even after my first appointment, I knew it was going to be different. I was reassured from day one. The first big encouragement was knowing there was no time limit to rush me through the treatment I needed. The second was the facilities that are available. I’m still in dis belief that my physio has got me doing exercises I just didn’t think I would be able to do yet. The confidence I gained and trust in what I was being told along with reassurance allowed me to let go and move on quicker than I thought I would.
I am still receiving treatment, and going from strength to strength. The continuing support and training I am receiving keeps me dedicated and focused on my homework. I struggle to find words how excellent this level of treatment is.
Thank you so much.
John was brilliant, has sorted me out in no time with elbow exercises. John was very professional and although it was over the phone due to the covid situation, he knew exactly what was wrong. I was very impressed. Thank you John
All good, well encouraged
Teams worked well, very efficient way to conduct assessment. This worked well in my case (shoulder surgery) it may not work well for all conditions.
Lauren Stiles has been my physio in Northampton. She is the best physio that I’ve ever had, she took time to look at the bigger picture and did not discharge me from her care until she was confident that my knee had been rehabilitated to the best of her ability. Lauren is very thorough and listens to her patients. People like Lauren are a rarity and if you could clone her you should.
Aside from Laurens brilliance I note that when you go through lots of different diversity questions and want to check that diversity culture et cetera has been respected that you still only offer male or female as an option to select. Diversity is not just about looking after cultures and religions it’s about peoples life choices so is it not somewhat archaic that you are only offering a male/female option. Whilst it’s of no consequence to me as I identify as a female I know lots of people and the fact that we live in 2021 that do not identify with either of these labels. If you really are intent on ensuring that diversity is covered then you need to consider changing this.
Brilliant experience- the care I received was the best possible. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout treatment, I would definitely recommend this to other people.
I spoke to John this time. He was very sympathetic and very helpful just hoping exercises given will help condition. They said to call back with any worries which is reassuring.
Prompt phone consulation, exercises sent out quickly
