I was pleased to be able to be seen during lockdown. The physio was ever so supportive and understanding and listened to me carefully. Her suggestions for a range of exercises were beneficial and I continue to do them. Her reassurance that my problem is age-related and needn’t get much worse (at least immediately!) was a relief and encouraging. I will continue to follow her suggestions and keep as active as possible. She was a thoughtful, kind, considerate and very pleasant young lady.

Katie was a true professional. Extremely kind, patient and helpful. Would highly recommend the service to anyone. Due to the professionalism received I have cone leaps and bounds and I cannot thank Katie and all involved enough.

Following a fall and an injury to my right shoulder I had repeated telephone assessments during the lockdown. I could not use my dominant arm especially if I need to stretch and lift it. As a result I kept dropping items when I tried to pick them up. So I was looking forward to the first physical appointment with the physiotherapist on the 18/05/21.I found it quite beneficial and supportive especially after being given a revised set of exercises which enabled me to start using my right arm slightly better than before. I was also prescribed additional exercises to strengthen my shoulder further. I received much needed support and encouragement and was left feeling and believing that with time, I will be able to regain reasonable activity of my right arm. I truly couldn’t be more thankful for these exercises. I currently cannot do everything I need to do, but I’m confident that my shoulder will heal slowly. Than you Abby

Great service. Timely phone calls and reminders due to covid. I wish nhs fitness studio site was recommended earlier in the consultation. Generally excellent service

Ed was absolutely brilliant, listened to what I was saying and gave me some great advice, put together a plan of action and told me I could get another appointment if I was still having problems in the future.

I was happy with the service I received and understand due to COVID restrictions I couldn’t have a face to face appointment but would have preferred one so my knee could have been looked at rather than me just describing it

Samantha Dennis was punctual with the appointment today and she enquired the background and history for my health treatments to date. The twp way discussion was very encouraging and helpful. Samantha then demonstrated various exercises for me to conduct during the next three weeks. She sent exercise document via email, duly received. she made a further appointment, mutually convenient for the 15th June 21. A very professional conduct and experience for the patient. regards.
