Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt uncomfortable in the class setting. Apart from our orthopaedic post-knee and hip replacement classes, our other classes are capped at twelve. Seeing patients in a class situation allows us to make very effective use of our clinical staff. Regarding our orthopaedic post surgical classes, patients are informed that they will be followed up in a class setting as inpatients. The numbers in these classes are more difficult to regulate as the numbers having surgery fluctuates and the protocol means patients must be seen within a certain time-frame. Hence, some weeks, classes are very busy.
