It helped mentally as well as physically. It gave an opportunity to see pain in a more positive way and the exercises gave a chance to find out different capabilities and also how to deal with any restrictions in joints, muscles etc.
The length of the course could be extended to (a suggested) 6 weeks with a refresher course every 3 to 6 months.

It was all very useful and encouraged me to get back to walking again.
By coming here it gave me a gentle push to get going.
I was given exercises to practice which all had the desired effect. Thank you.

I am very satisfied. I am healed and thanks to Mohammed about his patience to me because I was nervous about the injection but he was patiently advised and encouraged me. I am free.

Would have liked classes to be longer. Really enjoyed it. The staff etc have been very good, patient and kind.

I felt the staff were excellent in their approach. They helped and advised where necessary. The exercises were of a good length (time wise) and although I could feel extended I never felt over extended, overall and good program and beneficial!
