- Information given about back pain and pain in general.
- Exercises - good light workout for different muscles.
- Number exercises places/activities in back classes, so people know which exercises they are doing next and not skipping any.

Course well planned and managed option to join a longer term continuation class would be beneficial - e.g at Cripps Centre in evenings(acceptable cost).
