The back course could be longer over a number of weeks.
It was worth doing, but would have liked to have been more weeks.
(Not long enough course) I felt better after the exercises and talk.

The number of treatments is not limited here but it is to the clinician’s discretion and all treatment is tailored to the individual patient.

The learning about the back. How to help ourselves and manage our pain would be better if the class had more weeks instead of 5. They go so quick. I am very grateful to the staff that help.
