I came here thinking it was going to be and horrendous experience but I was treated with kindness and compassion, and the tea and biscuits helped!

[name removed] who treated me made me feel welcome and relaxed. She went out of her way to answer all my questions and even let me have a try of one of the excercise bikes. She was relaxed and approachable and nothing seemed too much trouble.

thank you, in general I'm satisfied as it is, but I think it's not enough just to show us what to do at home, but the doctor himself must take care of my hand, like the doctor does in the private clinic, I think if I don't frequent the private clinic anymore, my hand wouldn't move, thanks to the private clinic my hand has improved, the doctors here should work together and do the proper exercises for the patient, not only to inform him but to get involved, thank you very much
