- Adapted to individual needs from the start of the programme "Escape pain".
- Individual capability recognized and praised.
- Encouragement all the way through the course.
Improvement.
1 1/2 course had been reduced to just about 1 hour - another 1/2 hours would be good.

It has been excellent.
Gurpreet fully explained everything to me. I understood how best to look after myself and recover ankle club gave me the confidence to exercise and join the gym.
I feel more confident exercising than I did before my injury.
I felt really heard and valued and cared for at all time.
Appointments were given in good time not long wait. Thank you.
