The care I got was fantastic, the physio was understanding to my problem, the exercises are great I did not think that they could get any better but I am very grateful to Gracey for helping me with my shoulder.

The staff were really understanding and helpful! Kelly and Bernadette were great and motivated me to do the exercises when my mood was low and felt like giving up!
Bernadette offered me advice on things that were not even to do with my condition and felt like they really care about my health sometimes I was waiting a while for my appointment but I understand how busy the NHS can be so was not angry about it parking can be quick difficult too.

Therapist went though exercises until I felt comfortable enough. He also showed alternative ways that I can do exercises to fit my lifestyle and the equipment I have to home.
