The talk was very informative and educational. It helped me to understand how to manage my back pain.
The exercises were very good as many can be done at home and not necessarily have to attend a gym to do these exercises.

Excellent service and advice.
Felt lots of explanation given and routes to progression in righting issues.
I cannot praise highly enough the care and process of diagnosis and treatment advice given.

The physiotherapist (James) took time to get to know me and my exercise habits to get to the route of what was wrong this then meant the exercises and help me gave me were completely tailored to my needs. These will help me long term more than the pain medication given to me by the GP.
