I felt that the professional looking after me was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I left my appointment understanding what I need to do to help my recovery.
Suggested improvements
Only the wait times for an appointment but I appreciate there are current difficulties with this.

thank you so much for the time taken to feed back to us We are currently under a lot of pressure with patient numbers and the wait times can be affected as we have to triage patients according to urgency etc I am so glad that you feel that you did get good care - there is an excellent team here
