I am extremely pleased with the care I received from Jennifer at the physio department. Remote and face to face appointments were always conducted as scheduled. From assessment to discharge I felt involved in my care and my concerns were completely understood. Descriptive explanations and treatment plans were negotiated and emailed to me directly. I was always aware of my follow up and reassuringly knew how to access additional assistance if required. Not only was my physical health and presenting complaint treated but consideration was given to the impact this had on my emotional well-being and mental health. A brilliant physio, thank you so much for restoring my health.
