I felt listened to, although I wasn't a straight forward case! However, the exercises have taken away about 98% of the problem. Still the odd twinge, but nothing like what I had. Thank you

Obviously I would prefer to be seen, but appreciate the situation. It worked, so I feel good, will continue with the exercise. Thank you again
